**PLEASE NOTE: if you are in Canada, at this time I don't have a separate shipping rate for Canadian orders. Your shipping is figured with the "all other countries" and I will contact you with the s/h costs. Our Canadian customers will pay "approximately" what the US customers are charged (however it may not be exactly the same as the US postage below). Thank you for understanding. :)
All other countries, you are required to pay actual shipping cost and you will be notified of that amount and how to pay us.

We ship orders USPS (post office) and use delivery confirmation on all US orders. YES WE SHIP TO CANADA AND AROUND THE WORLD :) US Customers: You will receive an email once the package is shipped with a tracking (delivery conf) number; the post office usually has the tracking updated, but occasionally the info is slow to be updated.
We give free mini unmounted stamps (rubber only) with all orders to help offset SOME of the shipping. This is also a free gift from us to our customers. We do NOT take requests on the freebie stamps, they are of OUR choice, not the customer's choice. Many are not available thru the web page so are one of a kind stamps. You may not request mounted stamps instead of the unmounted stamps.
Sorry but rush/overnight delivery service is not available.
Shipping costs and/or cost of any item on our web page subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors on the web page and we are the final say in pricing discrepancies or omissions.
CowTown's trimming and cushioning service...
Trimming and cushioning service is $1.00 PER individual stamp. You can choose one of two types of cushion material: double sided cushion (its what we mount our stamps on wood with); or the static cling mounting cushion (which is the same as the eeezzzy mount type).
Our New Holstein Store...
Our retail store is no longer open to the public. We are trying to sell the building, but we are NOT selling the business. Thank you for sharing the correct info when talking to other stampers.
Sorry we do not have a paper catalog, and are not making one.
How long till I get my order?:
That depends on how many orders are AHEAD of yours and in all fairness, I work on orders, in order as they are placed and paid.
If you need your order for a certain date, you have to ORDER EARLIER. Please do not ask or expect us to push your order ahead, its not fair to others.
I work a full time job that has me traveling between home and 2 different cities and while I try hard to get orders out as soon as I can, please know and understand that it may take one to two weeks, sometimes longer, to get your order IF I am behind, or swamped with orders. It's just little 'ole me working on the orders.
If you have concerns, please email and ask how many orders are currently in house. I work on orders in batches to get as many done as quickly as possible, and often I can crank out your order the same day as you place it :)
We do not offer overnight, next-day or rushed service.
Refunds/Returns:
NO refunds/ returns without prior authorization and approval of CowTown Stamps. Refunds/returns are dealt with on an individual basis. NO refunds/returns on magazines. Refund/return policy subject to change without notice.
Angel Policy:
We are an Angel Company and yes you can make things to sell by only hand stamping and not altering the size or the design. We would greatly appreciate seeing what you create so we can add it to our gallery and on the web page by the particular stamp(s) used on your creations.
Payment Options:
We accept MC/Visa/Discover credit cards; or PayPal only. Sorry, but we do NOT accept checks or take American Express or take money orders and please DO NOT send us cash in the mail!
Discounts:
Please do not ask for discounts on products or a discount to purchase more than 1 of an item. We do not give discounts; we do not reduce shipping for any reason; we do not accept postage stamps as payment for shipping. Shipping charges are as stated above or as calculated on the web page during your order before the order is finalized.
Donations:
We are unable to fulfill any donation requests sent to us as we have specific, local organizations that we donate stamps and supplies.
Out of Stock Stamps/Limit on $1.50 stamp purchases:
The $1.50/clearance stamps, when sold out, are not made to order. They are only available while there is stock on hand. When any of the $1.50/clearance stamps are sold out, their price returns to the full price they were prior to being put on sale.
If you order a full price stamp, we may need to make one (or more) to fill your order. Should there be any delay, you will be contacted.
We have a strict limit of 2 per stamp in the $1.50/stamp/clearance section. They are not to be purchased for resale.
Wholesale:
We do not do wholesale. We do NOT allow any online selling of our stamps in any way, shape or form, as we represent our line of stamps on our web page and in our ebay and etsy stores.
